The Spring equinox arrived and so spring has officially sprung!
Meteorologically, Spring begins on 1st March each year and last until Summer begins on 1st June. However, astronomically, it’s all about the spring equinox – a time when there are equal hours of daylight and darkness. In 2022 this was 20th March.
Our gardens, hedgerows and verges are now bursting into life with lush growth and sharing joyous colours with us all.
